Your best advice? I'm so excited.

Went up from a small backpack to a weighted vest, to a 16-pound weighted vest, I am now at a 20. Went up yesterday. It's comfortable.

I ruck mostly indoors.

Had an injury related to non-rolling, which limits some of my arm workouts. Boo!

I am going up more slowly. And I can place a six-pound vest under the 20-pounder. It's very roomy, but I want to be a couple of weeks before I aim higher.

Eventually I want to buy a new backpack. Can anyone recommend a solid hiking backpack with front belts? Something that can hold 30 to 50 pounds. I want to also use it as a carry-on or micr-hikes.

I bought it.

I've been rucking indoors with a backpack full of books and clothes. (can't go out a lot.)

I didn't want to invest in more equipment if I didn't love it. I have wasted money on fitness equipment that I hated, like the weighted hoop.

Love rucking, but I can't get to 10% yet, but slowly adding weight. Back issue not to do with Rucking and not caused by it. Just a lot of work.

Well, I am now waiting for a stoumic strap for my backpack and a weighted vest. I love rucking so much.
