Rebuild my Ncase m3 with custom 3D Print parts

I build 10 month ago my wird build https://www.reddit.com/r/ncasedesign/s/zWZRwXI30f

Was really happy with it. But temps was starting getting higher.

I decided to disassemble my Palit 5090 and replace the thermal pads with ones from Thermal Grizzly. I swapped the stock fans for two 140mm ones.

I also upgraded the AIO to a 280mm model and replaced the bottom fans with two 140mm ones. However, the AIO struggled a bit to exhaust all the heat, so I designed a custom top panel to accommodate two 140mm fans. I’m quite happy with the result now: the GPU hits 65–68°C and the CPU peaks at 69°C (down from 75–78°C).

All fans run on a custom curve, capped at 1000 RPM for both the GPU and CPU.

I also fabricated new rear panels (no photo) and integrated a power button and a USB hub.

Also for my 5090 got a Thermal Grizzly wired 2
