It's getting unbearable

I've been dealing with this for years and over the past month it's gotten to the worst point I've ever had it. For years, it was just a tight, sharp pain down the back of my thigh, and that was it. Within the last month it's moved to my entire leg, resulting in my sole feeling like it's on fire as well as being able to feel my toenails. Yesterday, I hit a new highest pain. Standing in a long line, I was alternating between standing and squatting, trying to relieve any pressure, and eventually my vision clouded, my hearing muffled, and I about passed out from the pain. Since then I've had pain in my side as well as my hip as well. I'm so tired.

I'm 26, I feel like I'm 96. Every single movement results in pain. I end up on a heating pad nearly the entire time I'm home from work. No OTC pain meds seem to help, stretching causes pain, exercise causes pain, movement causes pain, stillness causes pain. I can't win. I'm tired of being in pain 24/7. Does anyone have anything that helps/helped them get through this? I have two bulged discs, L4-L5, and L5-S1, both going left.

Thank you for reading, I hope you guys have some suggestions because I'm out of thoughts. I need to go to a doctor again soon, I'm just unable currently due to a job that doesn't offer health insurance 🙃
