Introducing Flexboard: Bette Swipe Gestures on Gboard!
Hi everyone, I was a long time lover of a keyboard with intutive swipe gestures (swipe left to delete, swipe up to undo auto correct etc), and after getting a new phone recently, I was extremely saddened to find out the old keyboard is no more.
I spent the past month trying out different keyboards, gboard, swiftkey, samsung keyboard, heliboard, FUTO, Florisboard, Typewise ETC.
You name it, I tried it, but none of them had the features I wanted, especially the swipe gestures that I have 10 years of muscle memory for.
Then I thought, why dont I just make my own? But from researching open source keyboards, it is clear that the auto correct and other feature just cant compete with the industry giants like gboard and swiftykey. Then it hit me:

After a lot of hard work I am excited to release the first version for everyone to try out!
Personally I have been enjoying the ease of swipe gestures working in tandem with the best in class gboard auto correct, and I hope you guys will give it a try and leave some feedback if any :)
P.S. More featues incoming on the roadmap, hotkeys anyone ;)
