Privilege Pack vs Printing Pass at Attraction
Hey everyone!
Perhaps this is me being unable to search the subreddit well, in which case, I welcome all the “use the search function!!” comments I will inevitably receive.
However, last time I purchased an annual pass, they sent a privilege pack in the mail with vouchers etc. This time, I received an email stating essentially they couldn’t process my pass (either the photo or the address) and told me to head to a park to pick up the pass. All this is fine.
But I was planning to use the vouchers that come with the pack to bring someone with me for free, and I’m concerned that I won’t receive the privilege pack now.
I tried to ask their AI bot, but got typical AI bot answers (non helpful).
