Hi all.

I’ve got a fair amount of business experience, business education, etc. I’d like to build a company for myself now, after having worked for others. But one of the key things I (personally) need is to not do it solo.

Out of everyone I know in my life/have relationships with, everyone either isn’t a great fit, or has something else going on they’re committed to.

I’m struggling to find quality people. Part of the challenge is it’s like asking someone to marry you. its a major commitment.

How have you, or would you, go about finding good people? I’m of the opinion that enough like-minded individuals, driven towards a common goal, can do amazing things.
