Had they not succeeded, what might the sentences of the Founding Fathers have looked like for their crimes against the crowns?

Obviously a counterfactual that is dependent on tons of specifics so we will just say Battle of Saratoga is somehow lost and the revolution eventually extinguished and all major founding fathers are captured alive and fully tried and sentenced for their crimes.

I am kinda just curious what laws the founding fathers knew they were breaking in engaging in the revolution and what they seriously thought their punishments would be if they failed (knowing many would be considered wealthy elites with potentially special privileges) and what the punishments actually may have likely looked like.

A slight extension to the question: If the British quell the revolution, are any of these founding fathers brought to England for trial or are these trials likely to occur in the Colonies. I would assume everyone would be hauled to England, but maybe not?
