This is my favourite plant in my garden and it’s supposed to be easy but :( it seems to be yellow from the stems, with circular parts in the bottom leaf turning brown

I water fully around once a week
Chunk soil mix
Light fertilizer every watering
West facing balcony, 30 degrees temperature, 90+% humidity.
