What is the new law coming in July around E scooters.. I want to buy one but I keep reading that to be legal it has to be.

maximum continuous rated output of no more than 200 watts and capped at a maximum speed of 25 km/h?

Only problem is these standard type scooters in the photos are 700W ish + of max output power, however they do net exceed 25kmh. What sort of scooter is max 200 - 250w?

Does that mean we can use these types after July when these laws kick in? Or is this information wrong.
