OPD customer order times.
Do any other stores have the problem of customer selecting a time for pickup but always come late every time. It really puts a strain on us because they only schedule us for that many orders that hour but when we have late people we don't have enough people to keep up with the demand. Just wondering if it's an all stores problem or just my idiot small town.
