I’m so tired of every little detail of micromanaging, trying to survive financially and then also having to pay most things that help a tiny bit out of pocket.

This scala of symptoms and everything that comes with it is genuinely debilitating. I’d love to hear from people how they’re dealing with it. One issue kind of fades- another starts. Never ending really.

I have had chronic migraines from age 6-27 and now Fibromyalgia if it isn’t also something else. Continuous issues with posture, muscle, hypermobile, gut health, constant pain and discomfort, hardly losing weight, lipedema in arms and legs. I’m so tired ya’ll :(
