Issues with ZenArmor - Accounting
Hello - I used to be a customer and stopped using Zenarmor for over 2 years now. Recently my Credit Card has had charges attempted and blocked because of Fraud. When I cancelled my plan (over 2 years ago) - I removed everything from my account - and closed my account via the web-portal so I no longer have access to log into anything Zenarmor.
Fast Forward to today and I attempted to log into my account today (after a second attempt to charge my card) and the portal says no account found. I then attempted to call the number for Zenarmor found online and the system immediately hangs up on me. Not even an AI Assistant or Phone Tree or a Recorded message that you all are closed or business hours etc.
I hate to say this but this is super scummy and horrible that after 2 years of NO service that you all are trying to bill me for something I cancelled years ago. Who can help with this situation as I am at a loss on how to reach you all for billing inquiries

**UPDATE AND RESOLUTION**
OK - So u/shoji-Zenarmor and I have been talking and got to the root of the issues. Part of it was on me (and I 100% accept that as my fault). Part of it was on Zenarmor as a company. u/shjoi-Zenarmor went up the ladder and got my issues taken care of, and in my opinion he and Zenarmor went above and beyond in resolution. What surprised me is that after they reviewed records of my heartbeat of my old opnsense system that they (Zenarmor) decided to issue me a refund for my last year with them which was totally not expected of me, nor was it discussed ever in this.
I do want to say thank you to u/shoji-Zenarmor and his colleagues that worked on this that I don't want to name as they are not on reddit. As many companies in the world don't seem to care or not act on issues - this was an experience that I had not anticipated but honestly it was a pleasurable experience on my side - even with me having caused some mistakes. If I ever come back to opnsense I will 100% be adding a zenarmor package onto my configuration!
