A 90-second Magic Circle flow to fix slouched shoulders and activate weak inner thighs

If you sit at a desk all day, your inner thighs tend to go completely check-out, and your upper back locks into a forward slouch.

I put together this short Pilates ring routine to address both ends: resetting posture through thoracic rotation while firing up the deep core and adductors.

The Moves:

Standing Side Stretches (Spinal Length)

Inner Thigh Squeezes (Adductor Activation)

Hundreds Prep (Core Stability)

Mermaid Rotation (Lat & Thoracic Release)

Swan Extension (Posterior Chain & Upper Back)

No heavy lifting needed, just slow control. What's your go-to prop when working on postural alignment at home?

My go-to 90-second routine to undo 8 hours of sitting at a desk

Hey everyone! If you spend a lot of time sitting or dealing with a stiff lower back, I put together a quick mobility sequence focused on spinal articulation and thoracic rotation rather than just static stretching.

Here is the exact breakdown of the moves in the video:

Spinal Roll Down: Focuses on segmenting each vertebra to drop lumbar tension.

Windmill Arm Rotation: Opens up the chest and thoracic spine (great if you slouch at a desk).

Hamstring Stretch (with strap/towel): Keeps the pelvis neutral while targeting the hamstrings without straining the lower back.

Leg Circles: Mobilizes the hip joint while keeping the core stabilized.

Quadruped (Thread the Needle): Deep rotational stretch for the upper back and shoulders.

I usually run through this for 3 rounds (about 30 seconds per move). Let me know if you give it a try or if you have a favorite move for unwinding a stiff back!
