Has anybody received their Zoltraak hoodies with incredibly weird sizing? I understand it’s an oversized hoodie but it’s way off.

For example, the tag on mine says medium, which is what I ordered; but the site says the width of the hoodie should be 22.75in across the middle. Mine is 27, That puts it just above the 2XL size, which is listed at 26.75.. Was curious if anyone else got a weirdly large/abnormally proportioned garment. It looks ridiculous on me, which is a bummer after waiting so long for it.

I sent the service@supernote.com a message about a tax exemption (I work for a Law School who is looking to test some e-ink solutions to recommend for our professors this summer) and haven't heard anything. I emailed 4 business days ago and haven't even received a ticket number or any sort of confirmation that my email was received. Was curious if this is usual before I go sending another email.
