How can I check if the website is still active, and if it is, how can I access it? Also, are there any active forums or communities for CST antenna design, RF engineering, and antenna simulation that you would recommend?
For submarine VLF communication, is the trailing wire antenna just a long wire monopole, or does it contain a specific antenna design (loop, slot, multi-turn, etc.)? Looking for any publicly available technical information. Thanks in advance.
