Vitamins/supplement recommendations
hi all, I’m deciding to go off of my birth control in the next 3-4 months and I’m wanting to find more vitamin/supplements to regulate symptoms and ease periods. I already eat clean and try to avoid inflammatory foods/products, I do long walks everyday to help ease inflammation and I get regular massages for my lymphatic system.
I’ve been reading about Turmeric, Vit D and magnesium. any other recommendations to help me out?
