How often do you get forced to gate check a stroller?

Flying solo with my 15 month old this week and I’m waffling on if I should bring our bugaboo butterfly.

The plane we’re flying is quite small and I’ve flown this route a lot, a lot of times they ask for 40+ people to gate check their roll on bags. I’m terrified of the airline gate checking and breaking my expensive af stroller. But it also would be a huge help to have it.

Wonder if others have had experiences where they’ve been forced to gate check.

We’ll have a stroller at my parents house when we get there so it’s really a question of if the juice is worth the squeeze to navigate the airport

Struggling with how to update

I’d like to give my tiny bathroom a facelift but my budget is too small to tile the shower (what I’d really like to do). Previous owners picked this imo ugly plastic wall. I’m planning to swap the light, medicine cabinet and take down the wall shelf.

But I’m really struggling with what paint color would work with the ugly wall and make this room feel less bland.
