Just a heads up for anyone using Uber Eats in Key West tonight — we had another order arrive with a significant portion missing. We’d already seen several local posts reporting similar issues involving the same driver name, and unfortunately experienced it ourselves as well. The frustrating part is that the app currently appears to deny refunds unless the entire order is missing, even when a large percentage of the order never arrives. We also attempted to contact the driver directly with no response.

Hopefully this is just a repeated delivery or restaurant packaging issue, but either way, customers should double-check orders immediately upon delivery
