Throwaway account for obvious reasons, but after seeing the recent posts exposing the fake products, fake funding, and intern intimidation at the TC Group (Techcurators, Transcurators, Rabbitt AI, IcyPluto, etc.), I have to speak up about the darkest and most disturbing part of this company: how the founder, Harneet Singh, treats women.

Beyond being a scammer, Harneet is a massive creep and a predator. The workplace isn't just toxic; it is genuinely unsafe for female employees.

Here is the disgusting reality of what happens on the inside:

THE HIRING TRAP & FAKE PROMOTIONS

He purposely skewed the hiring process to bring in more female candidates, not for their skills, but just so he could have fun and prey on them. His go-to tactic? Within a week of a young woman joining, he would suddenly "promote" her to a manager. He would tell her, "You are a manager now, I want you to be with me constantly so you can learn things." It was nothing but a sick excuse to keep them close to him. He constantly had his eyes on the girls, and his whole thought process was completely rotten.

ISOLATION & UNSAFE TRAVEL

The female staff actively tried to avoid him because they did not feel safe around him at all. To counter this, he used his authority to isolate them. Whenever there were outstation campus hiring drives that lasted for a week or more, he would strictly only take female employees with him. He would also insist they travel in his personal car with him, leaving them in highly uncomfortable and vulnerable situations.

CAUGHT IN THE ACT

He has absolutely zero boundaries or shame in the workplace. It is an open secret that he was caught red-handed with a female intern on the table in his own cabin. If that wasn't bad enough, he was caught another time doing the exact same thing on the office terrace. He treats the company like his personal playground.

THE ENABLER

The most twisted and heartbreaking part of all of this is his girlfriend, Mehak. She is an employee there and is fully aware of everything he does. Instead of putting a stop to it, she actively supports him. She acts as his enforcer, manipulating and severely pressurizing the girls in the office to fall in line. The mental torture and psychological abuse from both Harneet and Mehak got so incredibly bad that some of these poor girls were pushed to the absolute brink, even experiencing suicidal thoughts.

This is not just a warning about a bad startup or delayed salaries. THIS IS A WARNING ABOUT A DANGEROUS PREDATOR. If you are a woman looking for a job or an internship, please, for your own safety and mental health, stay miles away from Harneet Singh, Mehak, Techcurators, Transcurators, Rabbitt AI, IcyPluto, or anything associated with them.

I am writing this to expose what is currently happening to Chitkara students who were recently hired there, and to warn the rest of the campus.

### **The Backstory: The "TC Group" Illusion**

This entire operation is a house of cards run by a founder named Harneet Singh. He portrays himself on LinkedIn and podcasts as a tech visionary and AI expert, but the reality is he has zero background in tech or computer science; he is a chemical engineer who used to work at a soap factory.

Here is what actually goes on behind the scenes:

* **Fake Products:** They push "Rabbitt AI" as some core tech capability, but there is no real AI. It’s entirely built by interns stitching together ChatGPT wrappers.

* **Fake Funding:** They planted fake news about raising $2.1 million to look legitimate.

* **Scamming Clients & Universities:** They scam clients by claiming to have thousands of "Subject Matter Experts," but just generate work using ChatGPT. Worse, they have been scamming universities (including Chitkara) by taking advance money for fake "AI Excellence Corridors" and delivering nothing but ChatGPT-generated proposals.

* **Toxic Culture:** They trap people with predatory contracts, overwork them like slaves, delay or withhold stipends, and Harneet and his girlfriend actively steal credit from employees while calling them incompetent.

### **The Recent Incident: Intimidating Chitkara Interns**

Recently, a batch of interns was hired from Chitkara University. Naturally, the interns realized what a dumpster fire the company was. One brave intern actually confronted Harneet about the reality of the company and the Reddit posts exposing them.

The result? **A massive cover-up and power trip.**

The intern was forced to resign. Harneet then threatened the intern with severe legal action if they didn't completely scrub all their comments and posts from Reddit. The intern was absolutely terrified, messaging others and begging them to delete their comments too, because Harneet was threatening to report the intern directly to the university and ruin their standing. The intern explicitly stated they were scared of standing against him.

### **Sabotaging the Chitkara University Feedback Team**

Because of the complaints, a feedback team from Chitkara University actually visited the Delhi office to check on the newly hired interns.

Knowing his whole scam was at risk, Harneet went into full intimidation mode. Before the university team arrived, he frightened and threatened the entire office. He made sure those poor interns were too scared to speak up. Because of his threats, the university team did not get the true, honest feedback about the horrific treatment and fraud going on inside those walls.

I have shared the chat screenshots of the terrified intern begging to clear the record because their university standing was "at stake".

But here is the truth that every Chitkara student needs to know: **He is bluffing.** Former employees will tell you that he does not have the courage or the capital to actually pursue legal action. He has been using these exact same fake legal and university threats against employees for years just to maintain his fake reputation and keep people silent.

**Do not fall for his trap. Do not let him use your hard work to fuel his scams.**
