I recently started Dayvigo 5mg prescribed by psych for persistent insomnia. It’s helping my insomnia wonderfully!

Here’s what I’m wondering though: Ordinarily, I enjoy a THC seltzer or gummy once or twice a week at a pretty low dose (5-10mg). My partner and I watch silly light-hearted TV shows with the THC and it’s just a pleasant thing I look forward to. I’m nervous about potential risks of THC in the evening + a strong sleep med like Dayvigo at bedtime. Anyone else use both and willing to share anything about your experience (good, bad, neutral, whatever)?
