Hi all,

I finished student teaching this May and I have been applying to open positions since March. I have applied to ~15 schools. I have only been called back for one interview, and then I didn’t make it to the next round. Every other application is radio silence. I revised my resume this week and have applied to more, but I feel like I’m doing something wrong. Is anyone else in a similar boat? When do schools start looking through applications? Is it still too soon to worry? Any advice guidance or advice is appreciated.
