Can someone confirm if this is fake or authentic, I believe it’s fake because the crooked Osborne logo, the faded barely there registered trademark logo®️, and the the barrel spacers are bright green but lightly dull. Thoughts and opinions?

Need more opinions on if this looks legit or fake before placing a bid, one thing that sticks out to me is the crooked Osborne logo but I’ve heard that slight imperfections from Benchmade aren’t uncommon. Anything else screaming “obviously fake”?

Looking to bid on a 940 to get a good price, found this one that to me looks legit but I want more opinions if anything sticks out as fake. Back spacer and handle color looks accurate.
