I’ve seen reports of the ASUS ROG Equalizer cable burning. Should I cancel my order?

I recently ordered the ASUS ROG Equalizer 12V-2x6 cable, but I’ve come across a few reports online of these cables burning or overheating. One example is attached in the photo.
Now I’m wondering if I should cancel my order before it ships.
For those of you who are using the ROG Equalizer cable, have you experienced any issues such as overheating, melting, or burning?
Or has it been completely reliable for you?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your long-term experience.

Lian Li’s Strimer cable quality is concerning.

I just received my 24-pin Strimer Wireless, and it was defective right out of the box. As shown in the photo, only about one-third of the LED strip lights up while the rest stays completely dark.
I’ve reconnected it multiple times, made sure the wireless receiver is properly installed, and tried different lighting effects in L-Connect 3, but nothing has fixed the issue.
I contacted Lian Li customer support, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful. So far, they still haven’t offered a proper solution.
For a premium product at this price, both the quality control and customer support have been extremely disappointing. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
