Requested in early June and approved on June 6th. It’s said pending premium for over 2 months, are they even paying ppl out?

Alpha Futures approved my payout, told me it was only delayed, then voided it and deleted my funded account with zero notice.
I’m posting this as a warning to anyone considering using Alpha Futures.

Last week my payout was marked Approved. Since it had been sitting there for days, I emailed support to ask what was going on. They replied and specifically told me that my payout was just delayed and that it would be coming.
Fast forward to this morning.
I log into my account and my payout now says Voided, and my funded account is completely gone.
No email.
No warning.
No explanation.
I contacted support immediately and even attached the evidence showing:
My payout had already been approved.
Their own support email stating it was only delayed.
Instead of addressing any of that, they sent me the same generic announcement everyone else received about the NinjaTrader/Tradovate situation and immediately closed the conversation so I couldn’t even respond or ask follow-up questions.
They didn’t acknowledge a single piece of evidence I provided.
I still have no answer to:
Why my approved payout was voided.
Why my funded account disappeared.
Why I wasn’t notified beforehand.
Whether they intend to honor the payout they already approved.
In my opinion, this is terrible customer service and an unacceptable way to treat funded traders. If a company approves a payout, tells you it’s only delayed, and then removes your account without any communication, that’s not how customers should be treated.
Has anyone else had their approved payout voided or their funded account removed like this? If so, what happened, and were you ever paid?
I’d really like to hear if anyone else is dealing with the same thing.
