I currently work for a small (3 shop people) kitchen place, I have the opportunity to move to a 15 person shop doing much higher end and more complicated work. I’m happy at my shop but it’s a struggle because of coworkers who are extremely resistant to change. I want to go and learn more. I have my red seal but I’m only 26. Has anyone ever made a choice like this before
