How can i get more consistency with my serves ?

Been playing padel for a month now, and i sometimes hit really good serves.

Where i get enough slice on the ball and its low and fast and hits the side glass pannels. my opponent never seems to return them and if he does, i end up running to the net and getting a easy point.

when i try that slice serve i either pull it off really well or it hits the net. then on my 2nd serve, id just go for a more easy flat ball. nothing to hard, as i dont want to lose the point.

so my 1st serve i try slice it, if that fails i end up going flat on my 2nd serve.

how can i improve consistency with my serves , any tips ? should i just keep practising it

How can i improve my overhead game ?

Been playing padel for a month now, and the one part of my game in where i suck is overhead; when the ball is above my shoulders. i feel as though right now, im playing reserved.

The main shot i use is like a frying pan grip, in where i try to smash , down into the ball, which sometimes doesnt work. i ended hitting the net.

The 2nd thing i do is , letting the ball bounce or let it hit the glass and hitting a more reserved shot and controlled return.

Another thing i sometimes do, is using topsin. this never really goes well. pretty hard to get topsin when the ball is above.

I know that i should be using slice when the ball is above my shoulders ( to make that ball fly low) , but in game i can never really pull it off. getting slice on the ball, is something i really need to work. I know i should be doing that in game, but my mind naturally reverts to a frying pan grip or letting the ball bounce. As for me those two options are more comfortable and safe.

I know that if i improve my overhead game, id be able to pickup so many points and my opponent who is at a same level as to me, wouldnt be able to return those low balls of the glass. im also a tall person, with long arms (not sure if that benefits me or not)

Any tips on how i can improve this (mainly my slice on the ball) ? is it simply just practise makes perfect

Any advice would be appreciated.

How do i return a serve which is fast, low and aimed at the side glass pannels ?

Started playing padel recently, and my oppnent who is a similar level loves to play serves that are low, fast and aims for the side glass pannels.

My main issues is judging wether i should meet the ball before it reaches the glass pannels or do i sit back and let it hit the glass pannel and then return them ?

Also i sometimes want to protect that side glass pannel, so i just hog it and frankly it never ends well because i dont have enough room to even hit the ball. i end up kissing the glass pannel

bcs its so low i panic and idk how to get the ball up, and end up losing the point. im also quite tall and lanky, which probably doesnt help me get low quickly.

i lose so many points purely bcs i cant return a serve. its so annyoing, the game may be tied and i lose bcs i couldn't return a serve. im leaking alot of points and i really do want to imrpove my padel game.

How can i fix this flaw within my game ? any advice would much apprecaited
