Breast implant removal
I have 400 cc under the muscle breast implants its been 4 years when i move my muscle it also moves and looks weird. And i already have a high projecting rib , 400 cc implants on top of that makes me look super bulky or overweight. I want them to be removed. I already had little bit breast tissue before the surgery and after the surgery my natural breast tissue kept growing . If i get them removed will there be sagging or is it better to change with a 200 cc implants to support the tissue? Or is there anything can be done such as fat transfer etc?
