Bought a faulty keyboard that has a whole row that doesn’t register as it should and wrote to support 6 days ago with no response whatsoever.

I’ve tried factory resetting, cleaning the brand new board but nothing seems to work. is the support usually like this?

Hello recently bought a keyboard i'm not happy with but read online that they have very "shady" return policy and was wondering if it's still the case in a country like Sweden, it was shipped from a domestic warehouse and not China as far as I know.
