I like to play my strat with a floating bridge without the trem arm on, I use the heel of my right hand for up-bends. I find that no matter how much I clean my hands before playing and wipe it down after playing, I always mess up my set screws to the point that they get totally stripped and not even adjustable.

Is there a good material for set screws that will prevent rust and corrosion? Happy to replace all saddles too if that is a better option than fitting new set screws.
