No6 carbone mustard patina

Dropped the point on the blade, put mustard patina, sanded down the original beech handle and put some grooves on it also changed the profile of it a bit. Put olive oil on it and baked it for an hour to give it this dark color and after that dipped it in linseed oil for half an hour and let it dry. I did it two times. Also cold blued the pivoting point to give it a bit more rust protection

Modified Opinel no6 walnut wood

This is my Opinel no6 walnut wood. I have had it for 3 years and decided to change the blade to a carbon one and drop the point a bit and sand the handle. I am happy with the blade, but overdid the sanding part of the handle a bit and now it is too slim. Also I just put 2 coats of universal matte spray lacquer so the finish is nice, but it isn't practical. I will change it in a few days, and use beech wood and linseed oil. Also I have used a hypodermic needle for the injection of mustard patina to keep it as slim as possible. I hope you like it!

DIY open bolt 9mm PAK

Hello, I was thinking of building a 9mm blank PAK open bolt SMG. I don't want to make a real firearm, because it is illegal in my country so only one that can fire blanks. Do you know the weight I have to use for the bolt so it cycles? Don't want it too heavy because it won't have too much pressure to cycle it back and I don't want it too low for it to be dangerous and too fast. Also, can it be regulated? Like can I add something on the barrel that can be screwed on so if I want to increase the pressure (if I put a heavy bolt), I just screw on something so the venting part where all of the gas goes is smaller and thus increases the pressure in the barrel making the bolt cycle.
