I've been dealing with extreme fatigue, flank pain and shortness of breath for over a year. My kidney markers have been concerning for a while now so I saw a specialist physician last week to investigate. The labs that came back are quite concerning, but my Dr doesn't think it's classic CKD.
When I asked him if my endometriosis may be the culprit, he told me that endo doesn't spread beyond the pelvic area (which is obviously not true). I think he may just be super uninformed, but now I'm stuck as to where to go next.
Have any of you experienced kidney endo? If so, how did you go about getting a diagnosis? What types of doctors were most helpful?
