horse riding kazakhstan?

i wanted to do a horse trek in kyrgyzstan but cannot find any tour where i feel confident that they treat the horses well. I found 1 but that was for 10 days and im looking for 2 to 5 days max. Now ive seen 2 stables in kazakhstan where the horses look relatively well cared for (Equestrian club "Almaty Horse Explorers" and shymbulak horse riding). But they seem to only offer rides for a few hours and not any horsetrekking. Does anyone know a good horse trek tour in kazakhstan with well cared for horses?

Is planting dill in the same pot as my apple tree a good idea?

I have a problem of aphids on my young apple tree. I got the tree in april but dont know how old it is. it is 1 to 1.10 meter tall. I was thinking of planting dill in the same pot because i read that they attract lady bugs and lady bugs are a natural predator to the aphids. is this a good idea? also any tips on how to get rid of the aphids naturally? ive used soap with water twice now but id rather use something natural. Thanks!

Horse trekking Kyrgyzstan, horse welfare question

I want to go horse trekking in kyrgyzstan but i see a lot of bad looking horses on the videos on youtube/tiktok etc. Does anyone know a company/stable/people in kyrgyzstan with well cared for horses? (no ribs or bones showing that arent supposed to show, not carrying too much weight for too long etc) ?? The best looking horses ive found are with gulsary nomadic stables but im wondering if theres better or more like that. (i would like if someone with knowledge of horses could answer cause some ppl with zero horse knowledge are telling me the horses are well cared for while they look not healthy at all) (or someone who has pictures of the horses without any tack on!)
