Looking for a decent spot for me and my friends to see multiple firework shows in the area from one place. I know the pier does some and Ive heard that they put on a good show over in manteo that's visible from the right areas. We're in the KDH and NagsHead area. My first thought was the sand dunes out at jockeys ridge State Park, but Im sure the gates will be closed by the time fireworks go off. And I'm also thinking about going up the hill at the Wright memorial since it's about a 5 minute walk from my grandpa's house where me and my friend are staying. But if anyone else knows of something better could ya let me knowm

So I recently bought this phone after issues with my last one. And the button to lock the screen on and off is not working. Anything I can do? I have tried restarting and updating the phone. Ive had to start using the accessibility tab to lock the screen and double tap to wake it up. Which works I guess. But it's annoying not being able to just do that with the button intended for it.

Hey everyone. Im looking to start a new world to kill some time after I just broke up with my girlfriend. Only problem is I have a really bad case of builders block and have no ideas on what to make.

So what I would like is some ideas for the world. I need a genre/theme to influence the build style, ideas for a starter base and some structures around the world.

One thing i do know is that I like story telling and world building, and I want to work on that through this world. One thing I like doing in any world is giving some sort of significance to the first wooden pick axe, whether it serves as the symbol of the world's religion, or the power source of a magic ship. I want to be able to incorporate it somehow.

I just need some ideas to get started. I'll come back to this thread tomorrow and see what's offered. Then I'll choose the highest upvoted and try to make a few sketches of the ideas before ultimately trying to build them. I might even upload videos for the world onto my YouTube channel (Red Dragon Comics and Gaming).

Thanks for any help guys, I'm going through alot right now with getting ready for college, taking exams and trying to get over this breakup. It's a hard time, and I hope I can look for some positivity in this community as I will try to come back here for new ideas regularly if I cant think of anything.

Im going for an old and destroyed Kingdom vibe. Im trying to find something with alot of plains and small forests around spawn, preferably with a darkoak forest and small taigas (snowy or normal or some of both). Far away from any of the "extreme biomes" like jungle, desert, or cherry blossom. And if possible not too much ocean.

Im sorry if this is a big request, but I've been generating seeds for an hour now and none of them are what I'm looking for.

My friend sent me this website and wants me to help him find out if they seem reputable. They have a grail of his that he's been chasing for a long time now, and he saw a really good price on the site. I saw in some posts on other websites that they have some shady practices, but others seem to have good experiences with them.

Anyone here have any insight into the company? Have you bought from them? Would you recommend or disuade?
