New to Sonarr, DLing unreleased episodes that are infected

I know this has probably been beaten to death, but I am new to using the ARRs, and I'm making mistakes as I go, learning, then fixing what I flux up. My big issue is that my monitored series are now picking up episodes that are next week or next release, and the ones it gets are all being flagged from my AV.
I only have free indexers, can't afford subscriptions right now. And, this is most likely my issue, but I'm too green to know. I am using the ones that are listed in the install and have not gone out and located indexers in the wild - yet.
If using Usenet is better, and there is a currently free option I can use until I get back on my feet, (Divorce, to me, bare metal means, Bare Metal!)
I'm very experienced using Plex, but I am very, very unexperienced with the ARRs. I'm not looking for a hand hold, but some pointers to fix my setup so I no longer have to monitor it, what I installed the ARRs for, now I just have to be on top of it all the time for infected files.
Plex Server w/Lifetime Pass installed on a Windows 10 machine, 2 Ext HDD, approx. 8TB storage.
Up to date Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr, & QBitTorrent.
Not using Docker or any other addon's.
Any help is greatly appreciated, if I am duping an already established thread, let me know (Without flaming me) and I will pull this and slide over there.
Thanks

Persistent Malware on FoxxD A67L

I have a friend that received a phone from a government program for those that receive SNAP benefits, his issuer, TAGMobile is unwilling to help him in any way, when he reached out, he weas told that if he contacted them within 14 days of receiving the phone, they would have more than happily helped him, but since, he didn't, his only recourse is pay to have it repaired, or purchase a new one from them.
He has tried himself to fix it, taken it to BestBuy and asked them to help, (They refused), and finally come to me. I am not a specialist or any better than the next guy, I am simply a Network Admin that everyone thinks can fix anything computer/cell/TV related (And I hate it!)

OK, he has:
Model: FoxxD A67L
Android Ver 14, Build FOXXD_A67L_V1.0_260308
No SD Card, and no access to cloud storage

The issue is that even after a hard reset, he can use the phone for up to a week, nothing out of the ordinary happens, then slowly, one, then the next day, twice, then more often, until he is unable to use the phone, ads pop up, mostly they are for AUTONEWS, GameInsider, WearFitGo. The countdown starts, he has to wait 8 to 15 seconds, then, maybe be able to access his app, or it starts cycling different ads, one after the other, never exiting the cycle.
He claims that sometimes in the middle of the night, his phone will start acting weird, selecting things that he doesn't select, scroll without user input, and similar things.
Since I've been helping, (7 resets to factory defaults, no installation of anything other than Avast/AVG/Bitdefender on various cycles), the same thing occurs. Even without using or user interaction, just selecting the system apps will make the phone act up in the same exact manner.
He has left the phone with me for a few days, and I have not seen the phantom movement or scroll, but I have experienced the ads appearing even after I have flashed the partition and then factory reset the phone.
I have tried all the tricks, checking the App list, using Popup Blockers, System Diagnostics looking for hidden installs, Checked the most recently used Apps, everything it seems, with no success
It is frustrating for him, he is trying to get back on his feet after a bunch of bad turns, this is his only contact for submitting his resume, checking job boards and access to services that are provided him; and I wish to help him, and don't want to throw in the towel on this, but it is beyond my knowledge and ability it seems.

Thanks in advance if anyone can point me in the right direction or knows a solution.

Tautulli help with Plex

I recently, within the last week, installed Tautulli on my Plex build. I am running it on a Windows 10 machine that used to be a desktop and has been repurposed for a home media manager. The setup is basic, external hard drives for media storage, nothing else much running on the machine except Plex and whatever is needed for basic functionality.

For the first few days, all the information being collected by Tautulli was fine, whatever was watched, added, time, plays, etc. Then, starting yesterday, prerolls started showing as higher counts in the information displays.

Now, instead of seeing that I may have watched a movie twice, I am seeing the preroll that might have played more than that.

Knowing they are playing is fine, but, it skews the information that I would like to have by pushing real viewed movies off and populating the information with that static.

Talking with a friend, his only suggestion was setting up another Plex server for the prerolls that was unmonitored, that way I could pull prerolls from there and they wouldn't corrupt the views. That sems a little excessive for simply walling off the prerolls from being monitored.

Maybe I missed something in the install, I have gone over and over it numerous times, and all looks fine.

Any help is appreciated, thanks
