Tenant not going despite lease ending and very aggressive and swearing at me. As I given notice as I want to live in the property.

Genuinely curious to know if nurses gossip about people they find attractive or give them special treatment or notes or anything like that? Or is that illegal? As some young nurse my age gave me a note.

My income match’s the threshold. I put $1000 contribution. Government will match 50 c per $1 upto 1k. When will I get it into my account? After I do my tax returns?
