My female friend and I are planning our first trip to Marrakech together. She’s like a sister to me, and at the same time, we’re colleagues. Our families know each other well, and we literally grew up together.

The issue is that we’ve noticed many Airbnb hosts ask for a marriage certificate when a Moroccan man and woman want to stay in the same place.

For people who understand the Moroccan context, what would you recommend in this situation? Have you had a similar experience in Marrakech, and were you able to find a place that accepted you without a marriage certificate?

i didnt expect to find something like this in tetouan i actually found it for my sister a girls only ride service with a female driver simple safe and comfortable with reasonable prices just like indrive style but made only for girls no promotion just something practical i came across in the city .. i didnt want to share her number publicly because she doesnt want to receive random calls from boys she is only available for girls and this service is made exclusively for women for safety and privacy reasons
