We are getting more applications than ever, but fewer people are actually signing leases. Anyone else seeing this?
Over the last couple of months, inquiries have gone up quite a bit. Showings are busy, applications are coming in, but the number of signed leases hasn't really changed.
It is almost like people are shopping around a lot more before making a decision.
I am curious if this is just our market or if others are noticing the same thing. If you have seen this happen, did you figure out what was causing it?
