Applied to Hollister in Italy status still "Under Review" – Is this normal?

hey guys，I really love Hollister and applied for a position at a store here in Italy via SmartRecruiters back in late April. It's been almost two months now, about two weeke ago，status "Under Review" until now
Is it normal for the hiring process to take this long?
How long did it take for you to get an interview invitation after applying?Do they usually call you, or should I walk into the store with a physical resume to follow up?
I'd appreciate any advice or insight into the hiring process here. Thanks a lot!🤘🏻

I feel so backstabbed by this pricing!

Talk about bad timing! 😅 I bought some items at full price yesterday… and today 20%off！they packed up so quickly，I'm locked out of canceling the order…guess I'll just have to receive this package and then place a new order at the sale price to return the original one…
or Is there any way they can do a price adjustment？
