Here’s what happened: I tried to use my €10 rewards at a local store, but the staff member insisted I couldn't use them on sale items (but other employees had let me use them before). Since there was a line of people waiting behind me, I chose not to argue too much and just went ahead and paid. I wasn't even sure if it was just a misunderstanding of the rules by that employee or if she had some personal issue with me.
