Hi everyone.

Just received my order after an almost 5 months wait. (glg colors 1, glg colors 2, G10G101G, GIEGLING 31 and glg2025)

Upon inspecting the records, I noticed they were all VG at best :

• Dirt and debris on all of them
• Stains
• Hairlines (I suspect the paper sleeves rubbing during shipping)
• Small scratches
• Small pinholes - one of them makes my needle skeep on the Volkan

2 of them have it the worst : Giegling colors II and the glg2025. They both arrived like a F/G copy with all the issues aforementioned (incredibly dirty, fingerprints (!), hairlines, stains and multiple pinholes each).

Has anyone else experienced that with this batch or Giegling releases in general ? Do they usually reply to complaints on their website, and ship out replacements ?

I'm honestly baffled at the state I received them. One record with issues, OK that happens. All of them arriving in this state ... that's not normal.
