I have been trying to hunt down what this noise may bein my '93 EX with an F22A6.

It's quite loud and clattery, sounds like noise from the top end. I'm about to go nuts and start tearing this thing apart, but wondering if anyone here may recognize what this sound could be and point me in the right direction.

Current guesses to possible cause:

Timing belt issues

Something wrong somewhere in the cylinder head

Exhaust header leak

Injector issues

Detonation

Some other timing or ignition issue
