Please help report the Crest stat issue — even if you don't play PvP

First of all I want to clarify that I use ChatGPT to write this cause my English is not super good.

I want to bring attention to an issue that I believe is becoming a serious problem in Digimon UP: players with Crest stats that appear impossible to obtain through legitimate gameplay.

I've encountered accounts with multiple UR Crests showing what appear to be the maximum stats obtainable from leveling a Crest to 100. I've personally reached Gold 3 in D1 legitimately, even while encountering suspicious accounts, but the bracket has recently become much worse.

I'm asking the community for help reporting this even if you don't care about PvP, this affects the game as a whole. As more legitimate players progress and unlock all Crest slots, it will become harder for the developers to distinguish legitimate progression from accounts that obtained impossible stats through exploits or other unauthorized methods.

The sooner this is investigated, the easier it will be to identify abnormal accounts.

What I'm asking is that if you can and want, please submit a ticket to the developers reporting the issue.

You can simply copy/paste this:

«I would like to report a potential cheating/exploit issue involving Crest statistics. Some accounts appear to have multiple UR Crests with stats that seem impossible to obtain through normal gameplay, including stats consistent with maximum level-100 Crest values. Please investigate these accounts using server-side data, including Crest acquisition, leveling history, and resources consumed. I believe investigating this now is important because as legitimate players unlock more Crest slots, it will become increasingly difficult to distinguish legitimate progression from abnormal accounts.»

If you have screenshots or specific player names/IDs, please include them with your ticket.

I'm not asking anyone to report players simply because they are strong or because they beat you. The point is to report statistics that appear impossible under the game's normal progression system and let the developers verify them through their own data.

I really enjoy this game and have spent money on it. I just want the game to remain enjoyable and fair for everyone, whether you play PvP seriously or don't care about PvP at all.

If you agree this should be investigated, please consider sending a ticket. The more legitimate reports the developers receive, the harder it is for this issue to be overlooked.

Need help! My PC is infected (Opera and PC App Store appeared unexpectedly)

Hi, I'm looking for help because I think my PC may be infected with malware.

What happened?

I hadn't used this computer for quite a while. About three weeks ago, I started using it again and noticed that Opera browser was installed even though I don't remember installing it. I also found an application called PC App Store that keeps popping up and offering me software to download. I don't know if these are related or if they indicate malware, but I don't remember installing either of them.

When did the infection occur?

I'm honestly not sure. Since the computer sat unused for a long time, I don't know when the software appeared or when the possible infection happened.

What have I done for remediation?

Nothing yet. I haven't reinstalled Windows or run Windows Defender or any antivirus scans because I'm not very experienced with malware removal. I found this subreddit while looking for guidance and wanted to ask for help before doing anything that might make diagnosis more difficult.

Following the instructions in the pinned post, here are my log keywords:

FRST keyword: glossy-lime

Addition keyword: wrapped-dungeon

SecurityCheck keyword: jagged-prompt.

I would really appreciate it if someone could review my logs and let me know whether my system appears to be infected and what the safest next steps would be.

Thank you!

(I used AI on my phone to help me made the post cause English is not my first language)
