I’ve ridden a few places like Death Valley, Alabama hills, Johnson Valley, Ocotillo/Anza-Borrego, Bishop/Big Pine/Coyote Flats, Kennedy Meadows, Mt Patterson, Carrizo Plain (where this photo was taken) and am looking for some recommendations on other places to check out. Downieville is on my list. I prefer dualsport/adventure routes, not necessarily technical single track as I mostly ride solo. I’m in it for the views and enjoyment, not the struggle 😅
