Hi everyone,
I have wanted to become a Royal Marine Officer since I was 16, and I’m now 18, applying this September.

One thing I have always considered when becoming a young marine officer is being messed around with the men I lead.

I believe I will only learn on the job how to have some form of respect from the lads, but I would really appreciate any form of support to help me be ahead of the other officers in accordance with the leadership and officer material.
