Interview Process

Is the panel interview the final interview in the process ? I’ve been in the process about 3 weeks now and it’s a bit of time between the rounds. Is this normal ? The position the recruiter reached out to me for was Technical Operations Engineer on one of their group 2 UAS platform.

Am I doing the interview process correctly ?

I feel like I’m skipping steps. So here’s what happened, I don’t remember applying to Anduril but a recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. He liked my resume and scheduled an interview directly with the person who would be my supervisor, if I got position. Everything went well in that interview, we ended up going 20 minutes over the scheduled time because we were just chit chatting for awhile, so I think he liked me. He said the next step in the process is meeting the team, so now I have a 4 person panel interview coming up next week. Everything has moved so fast in my opinion. The position is Technical Operations Engineer for their Altius Program. Reason I’m asking is because I see some people have an account to check on progress and see where they are in the hiring process.

I know this is legit because during the zoom call we were on a .gov connection and I’ve researched the people I’ve been communicating with and they’re all on LinkedIn.
