Need advicee!!
I weight around 56 kgs and my height is 4 feet 9 inches. I have heard that losing in the range of 0.1kgs to 1 kg is in a healthy range. I rlly wanna lose atleast 0.7 kgs in a week. I calculated my TDEE is around 1600 kcal/per day with little to no movements. Now is it safe for me to intake around 800-1000 calories a day? I am not sure but google says losing 0.7kgs in a week is fine so im a little confused cuz ive heard about the yoyo effect. I really wanna go down to atleast 50kgs to be in a healthy range!
