My girlfriend and I will be staying at SLS Playa Mujeres from May 11-16 and want to visit Chichen Itza. I saw recommendations from other posts, especially for Flavio’s Tours, but I have a special accommodation.

My girlfriend has a digestive disease and often needs a bathroom with short notice. How remote is the drive between destinations? Are there bus tours with a bathroom on board? How is the bathroom situation at the Chichen Itza site? I’m trying to determine if that day trip is doable for us.
