So my valeton gp two hundred is giving shocks when connected through the original adapter that given in the box. I thought my homes earthing is messed up, so I brought it to one of my friend's house, but there is aslo the unit giving shocks, so after trying few houses and few shops also, eventually my doubt went from adapter to the unit itself. So I went to the shop from where I bought it. So they also tried connecting it with their power board, but it also it's giving shocks. So I don't know what to do, I even contacted the valeton service through my email. They also didn't responded yet. So I don't know what to do, can somebody help me with this and let me know what to do ?
