so just to clarify i have no idea what unit this is i just know it says GT6 BT 779E when i try to connect to it. So for some backstory my father took his truck on a road trip and came back with one of the android units, but when i was in the car with him i accidently connected to the headunit and it just bugged it completely, and his Spotify or any audio/media dont work besides phone calls. I tried factory resetting the headunit thru the little RST hole but it still has the same issue. I also tried disconnecting from both of our phones and only connecting one at the time but its still an ongoing issue. And on his android when he connects it shows that calls / media / and input device is enabled but then the media portion gets shut off immediately. Under is a picture for reference just imagine the media audio flicked off. When trying to flick it back on it just says its unable too. I NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET because for some reason the RST reboot thing dont fix it.
