Any tips on getting over a fear of swallowing pills?
For my whole life, I have struggled with swallowing pills and have never really had a successful experience with it. I have been prescribed Accutane for my severe acne that I have had for almost 10 years. I have tried everything that does not involve taking pills and nothing works. My dermatologist has decided that this medication is my best option. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how I can get over this “fear”?
