I need help with determining what these spots could be. I had intercourse with someone and they told me they might have HPV in June- July. I noticed some white super flat spots near the base of my penis and one flesh colored spot near the tip and it looks a little raised in October. Since then I haven’t noticed anything else. No growths no new spots until this week where two more spots along the shaft that have white heads to them. Could these be warts? They look nothing like warts at all and never grow. The two new spots could be from excessive rubbing, so to say. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The doctors said I’m extremely unlikely to develop them as I’m vaccinated but I’m still super anxious
